What are the delivery times?
Ultra — 36 hours, Express — 3–5 days, Standard — 4–7 days, Road — from 10 days. The exact time depends on the route and tariff.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on country, weight and speed. For example, Moscow: Express — $12/kg, Road — $5/kg, Ultra — $30/kg. Calculate the exact cost in the site calculator.
What is ETHNO Buyer (purchasing)?
It's a purchasing service: if a store won't ship to Uzbekistan or you have no foreign card, we buy the product for you and you pay in soms. Product search is free.
What about guarantees and safekeeping?
We carry 100% liability: full reimbursement of the parcel value if lost. We take full responsibility for safekeeping when we pack it or per our requirements.
