Purchase and intake
Place an order with delivery to our warehouse. Our staff receive the parcel, log its parameters and photograph the packaging.

We combine several parcels into a single shipment — this lowers the cost. We repack and provide a photo report when needed.
Customs clearance
We handle all customs paperwork ourselves. You don't need to visit a customs point or gather certificates.

Transit time depends on the shipping method and the recipient's city. Air delivery takes less time; road and sea are cheaper. The calculator shows the exact timeframe.

What should I do if a parcel is damaged?
When collecting at a branch you have the right to open the parcel in front of a staff member. If damage is recorded, a report is drawn up and Ethno Logistics compensates the loss under the contract.
How do I pay for delivery?
Payment on pickup at the branch — cash or card. For regular clients and legal entities, invoice payment is available.
